Busser — Keep the Splash Experience Flowing!
At Splash Café, our Bussers are the behind-the-scenes
heroes who keep the café clean, organized, and ready for
every guest. You’re an important part of creating the
Splash Experience—helping the team move quickly, keeping
guests comfortable, and making sure the dining room is
always ready for the next wave! You’ll clear and reset
tables, keep the dining room looking its best, help
servers and guests when needed, and make sure everything
is ready to keep service moving. This is a fast-paced
role for someone who likes to stay busy, works well with
a team, and takes pride in doing things right. If you
bring a great attitude, enjoy working with people, and
aren’t afraid to hustle, we’d love to have you join us!

A Day in the Life of a Splash Café Line Cook
Line Cook — Bring the Heat to the Splash Experience!
At Splash Café, our Line Cooks are the heart of the
kitchen, turning quality Central Coast ingredients into
the food our guests love. You’re an important part of
creating the Splash Experience—keeping the kitchen
moving, working as a team, and serving up delicious food
with every order. You’ll prepare menu items to Splash
Café recipes and standards, work the fryers, grills,
ovens, and kettles, and help cook our World Famous Clam
Chowder. Most importantly, you’ll help make sure every
meal that leaves the kitchen meets the standards our
guests have come to expect. This is a fast-paced role
for someone who enjoys a challenge, takes pride in great
food, and knows how to work as part of a team. If you
have a positive attitude, communicate well, and aren’t
afraid to bring the heat, we’d love to have you join us!

A Day in the Life of a Splash Café Baker
Bakery Team — Bake Up the Splash Experience!
Do you have a passion for baking and creating delicious things from scratch? At Splash Café, our Bakery Team helps create the bread bowls, pastries, cakes, and other guest favorites that make the Splash Experience a little sweeter.
You’ll make dough for our famous bread bowls, prepare batters and fillings, and operate ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters. You’ll also help keep the bakery clean and organized, follow food-safety standards, and make sure every product is baked to the quality our guests expect.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys staying busy, and takes pride in making great products. If you love working with a team—and especially love the smell of something fresh from the oven—we’d love to have you join us!
