Commonly Asked Questions
How far in advance can I place a custom order?
You can place your order up to 6 months in advance. Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to secure the date.
How do I store the cake when I arrive home?
Store in the refrigerator if it has whipped cream or cream cheese icing until it is ready to eat. Buttercream cakes should be stored in the refrigerator if not eaten within 4 hours of pick up. If the cake has fondant DO NOT place it in the refrigerator, keep it in the box until you’re ready to eat.
What time will my cake be ready?
Pickups are Tuesday-Sunday between 9 am-2 pm. Delivery options are Tuesday-Friday from 9 am-2 pm. Feel free to inquire if pick-ups outside of this window are possible.
Are flowers, toppers, or candles included?
No. We ask that if there are specific decorations you would like on your cake, please bring them at least 2 days before the due date.
I want a different flavor than what is on the Splash menu, can I customize the flavor?
Yes. For customized flavors, please order at least 2 weeks in advance so that we have enough time to find the necessary ingredients.
